We stayed at this hotel but had some problems with our family room? This being it was two separate rooms. This was not convenient for me as we booked a family room, this being my family in one room?
We tried to explain this to the management but was told there are no family rooms in this hotel which I found hard to believe.
We did not pay the bill after staying one night(we were meant to be there for 2 nights) due to it not being what I booked and the management tried to call the police? But the police told the manager (graham)to stop wasting their time.
I wrote a letter to the director of this company, once I arrived back from my humiliating experience(Nov 14 2006)but I have still not had any response from MacDonald Highland Resort.
I dont think they like tourists money but only business money???? I do not know the difference but they have trained their staff to know the difference.
