Hi Alison we have been to the carlota twice this year, they do not have air conditioning but the apartments themselves are quite roomy, much bigger than most weve stayed there.

We go at least 5 times a year to puerto rico, it is very warm in september and it can be quite busy....

The pool bar does excellent food and the owners are real friendly.
