All food in Turkey is fabulous, my favourite dishes are the ones with lamb or aubergine. There is a wide choice so you find plenty of food you would normally eat here. You can get Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Italian. Their salads and vegetable dishes are wonderful. The kebabs are much better than here.
