Hi mrdisco ... it's not an airport which I know anything about, but I believe the actual name may be 'Del Caribe International (General Santiago Marino) Airport'.

You may have more success searching by that name, or perhaps even posting in our Caribbean forum, as I'm sure some of the regulars there will have used this airport.

If this is the airport on Margarita Island, then it's the worst I've ever been to! There is virtually nothing there. Only a very small cafe/shop with rip off prices if I remember rightly. I don't remember seeing any part of the apron from the very small lounge. We were the only flight leaving that day, and it was basically standing room only. Mind you, it's been a few years since we were there, so maybe it's improved
