hi x ive just booked my hol 1 week in side on the 8th of august booked with goldtrail total cost with transfers was £512 and were staying in the paliyme aparmtnets and hotel.
my daughter is 16, is there many teanagers in the resort and which bars are best?

The beach is good in Side but the place is full of Germans. Not a problem if you have learned a bit of Turkish because not all the waiters etc speak good English like they would in a more "British" resort like Marmaris.
I liked the Brothers Dance Bar which is almost opposite the Arum hotel - it's quite lively and they are very friendly there. Not sure where that would be from where you are staying but the Kumkoy dolmus goes right past it - just ask for the Arum Hotel.
