I have a friend from Tunisia staying with me at the moment. He arrives with a backpack, so luggage was no problem. He will however be taking a suitcase back (half the contents for me!) and says that he does not have to worry about keeping to the weight limit - either the case or hand luggage, as Tunisair does not bother. I have travelled with them in the past and stuck to the regulations, but he insists that he will not have to. I am now worried that he will insist on taking excess weight and then have to jettison some items, (mine?!) as he will not have cash to pay excess weight fees. Sorry to ramble on, but I have dreadful visions of chaos at the check in desk. Cannot check on the Tunisair website as it is in French. Thanks - Jenny x
