This will be our first time in gran canaria and we have booked to stay at the Naza apartments in puerto rico. I have had a look at the reviews but cannot find any for these apartments. can anyone who has stayed there give me any info?

Can anybody please give me any info on Niza Apartments, Puerto Rico. I know they are in the need of some paint but are they clean and close to the beach. What is the pool like for bed's etc. As I said I know they need a bit of refurbishment and are 2* + but just for cheap holiday as was in Fuerteventura in June. This is just a bonus holiday. Never been to Gran Canaria before so all info would be a help.

my daughter stayed there a few years ago and found them OK.
Ive passed them a thousand times, yes they are close to the beach+close to the commercial centre, in a straight line they are in the middle of both, and on the flat. i thought they looked like they have just had a lick of paint and looked clean enough.
the pools not huge but OK size for a dip.

Thanks for info. We are booking it for Sept 17th I hope. Sounds Ok, it is what you make it. As long as it's clean as all you do is sleep and eat in it.

even outside the niza you have a taxi rank so its ideal if you want to go up to the Europa centre.
i think its also a bonus you don't get as much traffic passing it now since they built the motorway bypass.
