My girlfriend and i went on the quads when we were out there about a month ago. It was 60ytl (about £25) for the both of us,she got on the back of me. A single quad was 50ytl each.

Was a brilliant laugh. You're on the quads for about 2 hours. You get a meal included in the price but as we went on the 5pm trip we didn't bother staying for the meal as it was about 8:45pm by the time we got to the restaurant (by the harbour) & you don't really want to eat while your covered in s**t.

Will go on them again next year, well worth the money.

I'm a little wary of getting on a quad bike having heard of many accidents on them. I've been on four or five jeep safaris and although there are risks involved there too I would expect them to be safer than on a quad. Quads do look fun but have an alarming tendency to fall over, or so I've heard.

I felt really safe on a quad. You can drive at your own pace, and unless you muck about, I don't see how you could tip over. They have a very low centre of gravity.

You may well be right - perhaps the accidents are the result of people taking silly risks. Who was the rock star who nearly killed himself on his quad? Ah yes! Ozzy Osborne although he might have been a bit worse for wear at the time.

There was a news report on today about a woman who was injured in Tunisia. She owes thousands in medical expenses as her insurance, as many don't, didn't cover 'hazardous sports' so anyone participating please bear this in mind.

Where do you go on Quad bike safari. We are holidaying in Olu Deniz so where would the trip be. Is it off road or do you visit places?

We did the quad safari near Marmaris this July, £20 for a quad bike or £32 for a two seater buggy, two hours off road, inclusive of meal.

Hysterically funny - don't wear white!
