I stayed at the Pueblo Marineros apartments a couple of years ago and was very impressed. They are right next to th Rubicon Marina and sit directly on the fantastic walkway that takes you into Playa Blanca.They also have fantastic sea views. The apartments are very spacious and well kept and would not hesitate to return there. The Rubimar are behind the marina and some parts of it still look unfinished but still look very nice. I haven't stayed there so can't comment inside but I'd choose the Pueblo Marineros apartments.
