Hiya vodkasundae ( love that user name! ) Poor you what a dilemma. Its a great forum is'nt it, makes you feel almost as if you are back there. Cannot wait for next March! Anyway good luck with the house move. Goa will still be there waiting for you. Nice that you got married there. I would love to do that. All the best.
It is a horrible feeling isn't it. I have been going to Goa for the past eight years but because I have given up my job to go part time, it doesn't look like we will be able to go again for a while.
What I have decided to do, is to sell all the bits and bobs I have lying around the place on that well known auction site as that may help. Do you have any bits and bobs that you say you need but you don't that could be sold on-line?
Sheila
It is a real helpto listen to all then news and what is going on. Am doing various car boots etc and hoping for March. Fingers crossed! Just feel kind of paniky that not going in November - bizarre I know, but will just have to keep looking round the house at my memoribilia (and selling at so I can go again!
don't want to upset you, but, i've recently booked for calangute at the cost of £360 each for 14 nights. thanks to Appolo travel direct. tour operator is "SOMAK".
this is for the beginning of december. so there are some cheap deals around if you can find them!!!!
BOB
Will keep my eye out for those good deals - maybe March! I hope so - weve just had news our "family" in Goa are expecting their first baby in November!
I would love to do that.
