Hey all!

Heading off to Cairo on Wednesday
Its strange how slow the time passes when your waiting for something
Anyway i have a couple of questions and wondered whether anybody could help me out:

1) I was reading somewhere on the internet that all tourists need to register with the police when they arrive in Egypt, although if you go with a tour agency this will be dealt with by them so i wonder if anybody on here has gone on a flight without actually buying a package holiday etc because im actually going to stay with relatives.
2) I was wondering if theres anywhere in Cairo where i could watch football particularly the celtic - spartak moscow match, The thing is im also planning on going to alexandria for a few days also so any help for either city would be greatly appreciated because i can begin to think about missing the match
