Hope you can help.
I am looking for a holiday that is close to shops (perfume ones)
and not to hilly.
Could anyone give me any ideas on what areas are appropiate.

Well for a start, that rules out Madeira! My wife, who cannot take hills, and I have stayed in Lagos, western Algarve and we find this could meet your requirements as it is not only a tourist centre but a working town. There are certainly plenty of shops, perfumey or otherwise as my bank account will certify!
