Hopefully if that's true they will be a bonded travel agent which will guarntee your return journey home, If they are bonded that is.
Just checked their website and it says they are ATOL bonded. Their telephone number is 0845 500 1212 and they are open Sunday 10.00 - 17.00 and Monday - Friday 09.00 - 21.00.
