how do you put a hotel / appartment review in if their not there, can a member start one or does it have to be done by a moderator

Only Admin can add hotels/apartments to the Hotel Review site. You can request one to be added in our Help & Assistance forum HERE. Please either add a link to the hotel or state the tour operator, eg Thomsons.
