We are thinking of going to Benalmedina in June. Does anyone know how easy it is to travel to Seville from there? The train is preferable, where is the nearest station, and how long does it take?

You will have to take a local train from Arroyo / Benalmadena to the main RENFE station in Malaga to catch a train to Seville. That will add about 45 minutes to the above time.
