Flights to go to Lanzarote for 2 weeks from 4th till 18th September. Will the weather still be very good at this time?

Have been looking at Barranco Seco Apartments as they seem to be close to a lot of things in Puerto Del Carmen but also on the flat ground.

Are there any other self-catering privately owned apartments that meet the following requirements?: -

Near the beach, not up a hill, close to main strip of bars/restaurants, upper floor (ie with balcony).

This would be for 2 adults.
