Yes, the roads are good and not too busy.

You just need to keep your concentration at junctions and remember not to drive on the left when you start off.

tgilmour, as robertk says the roads are not busy here so you should be fine. I would add, that perhaps don't hire the car at the airport, because the road coming out of the airport is fairly confusing if you are not used to driving on the "other side". Wait till you get to resort and then hire one. Have a lovely holiday
