For your info Costa Adeje is really a quieter part of Playa De Las Americas, mainly hotels, depending on your choice of accommodation you can be a long way from beach.

Americas is NOT as loud as one thinks. The area around the Santiagos, Med Palace is quiet, with an abundance of all types of accommodation on offer.

Laura, we love Costa Adeje and particularly the Del Duque and Fanabe beach area.

We always go for privately owned apartments rather than hotel rooms every time, there is no comparison really. We've just returned from a week in Tenerife and stayed next to the Costa Adeje gran hotel, we used the hotel facilities like the spa,internet, nightly show etc.,the hotel are more than happy as you are paying for the facilities, but then you get to stay in a home from home rather than just a room.
