I was in Candolim from 3rd - 18th Feb and was surprised at the weather in the first week, I'd never been before but was expecting it to be very hot, we had to leave the beach most days at 3ish as had got chilly though unless I missed the main part of the rain we had just little spits of it for a couple of minutes! Still I'd give anything to be back there, coming back to zero degress was a bit of a shock!!
