It is about 5 years since we stayed at the Principe so it may have changed a little but the reviews here seem to agree that it is still a splendid hotel.

We liked Jesolo itself and found it easy to travel into Venice by the bus to the Punta Sabbioni ferry port. The bus takes about 40 minutes with another 40 minutes on the ferry across the Lagoon to Venice. You must not miss this trip which ensured that we returned to stay in Venice herself on a future occasion. The Jesolo beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the hotel has its own section of beach with sunbeds if you like lazing around in the sun. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in Jesolo and it is a good centre for day trips around the area.
