ignore this message now ive found out how to do it, its taken me 3 days to work it out grrr, but not as obvious as i expected, ive been looking for a hold release button looking through all my inboxes etc, then re read the hold message again and in the middle of the sentence it was underlined so i clicked that and it worked, but for someone thats not good with pc this isnt very clear lol, expected it to either automatically release this message once i got rid of some of my emails or have box to tick etc dohh is me lol
