We stayed there last year (before the refurb) and it was great then. I put a review on here and I've posted on other threads, basically, the location is great, cross over the road outside the hotel, walk along the path through was looks like wasteland and you come to Pizza Hut on your right, turn left and first right and your on Nissi Avenue, plenty of places to eat or drink along there. Also you can get to the square from Nissi Avenue or you can turn right at pizza hut and walk up the road towards it.
Got back last week. Recently refurbished, apartment rooms are huge & in a great location altho if you are self catering you might want to shop further down nissi avenue as we thought we were on the more expensive side of the resort.
Going to this hotel next week.
Looking forward to going out to Ayia Napa next week.
Will post pics when I return.....IF....

1. Can anyone answere the following
1. is there any entertainment in this hotel ?
2. what is the difference between standard rooms/superior rooms ?
3. what floor and room numbers or the best views ?
4. are there safe deposit boxes in the rooms ?
Click Here for our reviews of this hotel.
There was no entertaiment the first 10 days into our hols here but the last few days there was an elvis impersonator. Maybe it picks up August but it was pretty quiet early july but there are places available in the resort.
There isnt much difference between normal rooms & superios rooms as we were next door to a superior room & the only extras we noticed were sunbbeds & parasol on the balcony & an open terrace.
We were located in room 108 which was pool view first floor. As long as you have a pool view you shouldnt have any worries. We could still see the sea!
Saftey boxes are located in your room.
If you are self catering beware if you have requested a pool view as there are only 5 rooms available.
Hope this helps

Thinking for booking this for my son and his girlfriend in sepember, can you tell me if it is close to the resort bars ect, and did you eat the food, I am looking at half board
Great hotel, the Hotel rooms, are quite small, but no smaller than the usual hotel. We had a superior room, which had a massive balcony.
Their was no entertainment at night when we were their, but their is pubs close by that are quite good.
the pool at the hotel, is excellent as is the pool bar.
We went B&B and the breakfast was good, but became boring after 14days.
We went to Egypt for a 3day cruise, which I would highly recommend.
I will put a review up soon.
If you require any photos please let me know.
Cheers

Going back to Cyprus in July and thinking of staying at the Anesis in Napa, can anyone give me any comments on this hotel?
It has LOTS of repeat visitors which is always a very good sign and gets booked up pretty quick hence why we couldn't get in there in 2007. You can book direct with them as well as several tour ops featuring it.
See previous info on the forum about the Anesis here:

They also have their own website: http://www.anesishotel.com/index.html

Thanks Miss_Chief1 ... both topics now merged for easier access to info
I worked at this hotel many many years ago. Although it is not on the beach, it is very very close and also very close to nightlife (but not too close).
If some of you did not find the exact location on one of the suggested maps, PM me.
Bye
Phivos
