We were in Cesme last September and the prices seemed pretty much the same as in other places. As always, if you stray off the tourist path and eat with the "locals" you will pay quite a bit less.

I can recommend Alacati for a night out and a better, slightly pricier, meal. You can get there on the Alacati dolmus and it is well worth the visit.
