I have been trying to email CSR with no success. The email keeps bouncing back, has anyone else had the same problem or is it just me???

Thanks thats the one I have used. I have tried it 3 times and had bounce back and no reply?!?!

just a thought, some people are not putting the "s" on the end of resorts and that is why it comes back. make sure you do.

Hi all i've been trying for a while and there dos'nt seem to be any way to contact the hotel i have tried

are you trying to contact the hotel to book? if so try going on to travel republic. I just tried to book the aladdin beach resort for next year and the rooms were cheaper from travel republic than straight from the hotel
