Can anyone tell me if it is best to change up money to euros in the Uk and take it with us or to take sterling and change when we get there and if so where is the best place to change??

The best thing to do is open an account with Nationwide and take your debit card. No charges, no commission, best rate and no need to travel with a lot of cash.
Thanks. We are going next week so I don't think I have time to do that this time but I will remember to do it when we get back.
