I am looking for somewhere quiet to stay in Tenerife for a week in the middle of May .I dont want anywhere that is absolutely dead but somewhere nice and quietish,
Any suggestions please .

Los Gigantes or Garachico would be different, very nice places and quieter than PDLA. I regularly stay in the Fanabe area, and it can get vusy depending on when in the year you go

El Medano. Quiet, but plenty of bars/restaurants, great beach, plenty of Sun. Hotel on beach only 3 star, but clean and in the centre. Details of hotel on Tenerife hotel site.

if you are planning on hiring a car check out the many rural fincas in tenerife for holliday hire most are very good and cheap enough
