Is there a problem at the moment when using this facility please?

I've been using it all the time and have had no problems. Are you still having problems with it?
I haven't had that problem for months, but I know how frustrating it is.
All I can suggest is to log out and log back in again in the hope that will clear it.
Let us know if that works.

It seems to be okay now.
Must have been one of those things

I get it regularly each day ,sometimes it works sometimes it dont 
.I would say its been heppening to me since around the time of the new software.

Yes it's a feature of the new software to prevent the server being flooded with searches.
