September weather in Lanzarote is probably my favourite. It's at it's most balmy... and still carries the heat that you would expect of a summer.

It depends when in Sept you are planning on being here... but if it's very early, then you will have the tail end of the school holidays. If it is the latter end... then you will find those people that choose to spend Sept-to-March here to live.

Fiestas - Yaiza has a local one around the 8th and Lanzarote an island-wide one around the 15th. They're not biggies like the carnivals... (more of a day off) but still worth a fun time if you are like us and spend time with Spanish pals the evenings before. i was in lanza last year in September and it was lovely, place is still buzzing loads around, it was roasting hot and i think it probably the nicest time to go either the en dof august start of septmeber

We were in PDC last September. In our opinion, best time of the year.

Yeah September is the best time of year to go there and PDC is lovely, massive beach.
