If you look at the room details in the brochure you used that should tell you, generally it will say if the 3rd bed is a camp bed as it will usually stipulate a maximum child age if that is the case. One site I found on a quick search said it has twin rooms for 3 adults, so the 3rd bed must be fairly reasonable. Have you looked at the hotel reviews on here and trip advisor? I'm sure if you PM someone who has been they will be able to tell you.

all the hotels we have stayed in with our kids have had double beds so never been a problem.Course we always end up with one adult and one child in each bed ... lol
