thinking of booking a weks hol in oct,to corfu ,what will the weather be like ,and how much for the best transfer to aqualand have looked and looked until so ithought the best would be from experience , have read all the feedback, but still going as its only 700 ai for 4 of us from gatwick so cant be too bad.x i quite like the look of the surrounding beaches thou

Hi Teddy - we've been to Corfu the last three Octobers and we've just booked flights for this year too.
Generally the weather is still very good - usually sunny with temps in the high 20s. However, there's always a chance of rain, and nothing is ever guaranteed with the weather.
On the plus side many of the spring flowers tend to have a second bloom and things start to look a lot fresher than the height of summer. You can also find some end-of-season bargains, the locals are starting to feel a bit demob happy (in a good way) and nowhere is as crowded.
Overall it's a really nice time to visit.

Can say that we went to Kassiopi in October and it rained at some point most days with thunder storms, from what I could gather this was the normal type of weather for the time of year.
Obviously it is very hard to predict weather as you could end up with super weather.

Even if it's wet you won't notice as you will be busy on the water slides at Aqualand
