We are off to turgutreis in10 days and friends of ours are staying in gumbet at about the same time so we are going to meet up.Anyone know how long it will take by bus and if we would have to change

Hi,
There isn't a direct dolmus (public minibus) between Turgutries and Gumbet.
You would take the dolmus from Turgutries to Bodrum, and either get off at the Oasis centre on the outskirts of Gumbet, then walk into the centre, or stay on the dolmus all the way into Bodrum, then get another dolmus from there out to Gumbet.
The journey from Turgutries to Bodrum is around 25 minutes.
The journey from Bodrum to Gumbet is around 10 minutes.
Its not a difficult journey, whichever way you do it.
