Unfortunately, I think you will find that First Choice have provided exactly what they are required to provide in terms of refreshment for a 7 hour delay, and you will have no further comeback with them. You can also claim for delays through your travel insurance but most policies will only pay out after 12 hours. One to put down to experience I'm afraid :(
