Would'nt stay there for free,location not great, just my opinion

Why? Can you give me more info? Have you stopped at these apartments?
Where would you recommend?

As address suggests its at top of alto,surrounding properties not very easy on the eye,and to be honest neither is colina blanca as it looks extremely tired.I assume its a private apt. your looking at, if so try holiday-rentals .co.uk, holidaylettings.co.uk, holidaylets.net or ownersdirect.co.uk. This is just my opinion but you can do a lot better
