We travelled independantly to Kalives in June, booking Thomsonfly flights from Manchester to Chania. We stayed in Thamiris Apartments which are very well situated. See my review in the Hotel Reviews section. I booked direct with Iannis over the internet. Unfortunately his website does not seem to be running at this moment. Will try again over the weekend.

We love Kalives too. Typically Cretan, lovely friendly locals, wonderful beach, delicious tavernas. A resort for families and couples.

here are suggestions for booking flights direct - Monarch, Thomsonfly. First Choice, Aegean and Olympic Airways fly into Chania from most of the major UK airports. Just do a google search on the company names.

Sunvil feature Kalives in their brochure. The Kalives Beach Hotel is in there if your parents like a hotel. Perhaps you could book direct.
