I bought a dried desert plant from one of the markets in sharm, if you put it in water it comes to life, does anyone know what its called and how to look after it??
i'm sure its called a desert rose...i remember asking when i wanted to get one.
i think you just put it in water and thats it. i did get one a couple of years back but got bored of it!!

ahhhh i'm sure my friend said it was a desert rose....but on googling it looks more like a jerico rose.
its a dried out ball...you sit it in water and it expands....take it out of water and it shrivels up again.

They sell it as a Desert Rose but AFAIK it is a Jerico Rose
