When we were there in March the best rate we could find was from the Chinese man in the shop next to the Barge Inn. If you don't know where this is, it's going past the Casino and Golden Cocktail Bar, walking away from the main beach area. Don't know if this is anywhere near where you are staying. Hope he's still giving a good rate when we get there in 2 weeks time!
