I think that you'll find that the apartments in this block all have individual owners as it is not a holiday apartment complex. There are very few (if any) apartment blocks in Santa Eualia like that. Consequently there maybe only one apartment for rent on a holiday basis in that block. If you need more than one apartment in Santa Eulalia then you may have to take apartments from different blocks in the town.
