I've no experience of Villa Parade or Cyprus (although I have heard that Coral Bay is lovely) but if they are expensive, have you thought about a private rental?
There seems to be lots of choice in Coral Bay on both holidaylettings and ownersdirect.
There's some lovely looking villas available so whatever you decide you should have great time!
