Absolutely. We never go to bar street when we visit Gumbet. I think a lot of people don't actually venture out of the very centre and have a look further afield which is why they think Gumbet is just bar street, when in fact there is a lot more too it than that.

I always venture out and when I stayed in Side I went to Cappadocia! Unfortunately I had to go for 3 days as it was quite a distance away. :rofl
