I can't comment on prices as it's been a while since I was last there but there a few shops and a bar at the Baron hotel next door, we had a drink there one evening.

There may well be more in the immediate vicinity by now but if not it's only a ten minute taxi/mini-bus ride into Naama Bay.

You used to be able to book the hotel's mini-bus for journeys to and from NB so I'm sure you still can. Didn't cost much
