Hi Hoping someone can help me with a fight that seems to have disappeared!!!
My family are booked on a flight Birmingham to Cancun on 6th April 2009 returning 20th April. I have just checked their website and the flight no longer seems to exist!!!
Can anyone possibly explain what could have happened? We have two hotels booked at the other end so need to know our flights are to go ahead!!

Please refer to our dedicated Thomsonfly (Thomson airways) thread for queries regarding Thomson / Thomsonfly. Your flights still exist, don't panic! The flight only allocations is probably fully booked so has been removed from the booking system. You'll notice there's still availability on package deals. This is the extract from the aircraft schedule;

You'd have been informed by now if there was a problem.
