I know of a place in Gzira, but do not know of any such place in the area you require, but that does not mean that there isn't one of course, why don't you do a google search for yellow pages Malta and see what you can find.

no fishing no-one hires out tackle they expect you to buy it and throw it away because it's so cheap

told them tough I wanted real tackle not toys and didn't bother

And as I said I know a plaice in Gzira but you didn't take the bait, you simply slipped off the hook, I don't wish to carp on about it but haddock you took heed of my worms of wisdom then maybe you would of got your fishing trip after all, my advice is next time instead of trawling through the Malta yellowfin pages, pin back your lugg worms and I will kelp you here on the net.

Hi madcaravaner, blimey 200 squid is a lot of money for a fishing trip, well at least on the grand scale of things it sounds like your holiday wasn't a load of crab, lifes a beach sometimes and these fins happen from slime to slime, however next time do not flounder kelp in touch and drop me a line next time you weed some info and we will hook up swell in advance of your next breaker.
