I'm trying so hard not to look at the prices. I only went on to try and find out why the flights not coming up when I go to book seats. I aren't too bothered anyway. Our holiday last year went up by £400 after we booked so it all evens itself out in the end.

There's no way I'll be cancelling though this did make me laugh this morning

I have no email address. What I was originally typing was to say that it had happened before somewhere on the forum, whether CW have a rogue agent or not is now a question.
I believe the previous people recontacted them to complain and ended up as happy campers, but best not to contact them now in your case as you have already booked.

You have a holiday you are looking forward to at a price you are happy with so forget the negativities and start planning the days out! There are quite a few good excursions up in the North, but I have only been to the South so can't help further.

I think I might just leave a comment on their facebook page then, just to say how disappointed I was. I was going to ring them again, but my thinking was if that if this is how they are now when I want to book a holiday and give them money, what are they going to be like if I have any problems.

On the subject of long trousers, my other half always wears lightweight cargo pants with the zip off bottoms, which I stick in my bag after dinner.
