We stayed there in 2007, There is not really that much on offer activities wise.
From what I can remember they did occasional air rifle shooting , archery, water volleyball, and the water sports were very limited on comparison to elsewhere we have stated in the caribbean.
I don't think they even had a pool table to be honest, but I could be wrong and just didn't see one.
I do have a child a little younger than yours but didn't take him on this holiday and even tho we had a great time its not a place I would take him to.

hi there,we stayed at the sol,with children same ages.there wasnt a great deal to do for the kids,and as far as the water sports are concerned forget it,there only has to be a ripple on the sea and the lads wont let you go out on anything......basically they cnt be bothered.we never got to go out once in a 2wk hol with great weather.hope this helps.
