Just returned from PR after a Christmas break. The shop where we had bought the cheap cigs from was no longer selling them BUT, the shop on the far right bottom corner of the CC Centre, under the Chinese buffet place, was still selling Essential at 3.99 Euro's!!

know this is last years post....but going start of july09 to playa taurito...next door to p/rico....any one know prices now....and anyone know price of tobbaca as hubby prefers to buy that.....directions to fag shop would be appreciated....ps if he smokes fags which he usually does while away it is lambert /butler silver so early trip to shop would be good trip out

prices around 18-22 euro for branded fags. Best bet would probably be to get into PR in the day too stock up as it will probably be cheaper than Taurito. Limits are 200 fags per person to take home.

advice please....about the 200 fags...we are going for 7 days...hubby usually smokes bacca and likes to bring it home....how much can you bring back if tobbacca....also while on hols I buy him 200fags if stayin a week or 400 for 2 weeks any way as better than havin him rollin them all the time and then a load of bacca to take home( we usually go mainland spain) ....I would like to buy him 200fags for while we are there and tabbacco to take home...there are 10 packs of 20 in a block....he will smoke 1 pack a day...so will only use 6 or 7 packets....leaving 3 to take home.....if we take tobbacca allowance in case(there will be 3 of us of age but only he smokes ...so will all take allowance)... and just these 3 packs in our hand luggage (we can all take 1 pack)......would we still be in trouble if pulled for the few extra packets of fags
