I did manage a fishing trip Spike with the lads from home whilst the women stayed on the beach, went up to Morjim and from a little shack just inside the estuary before the main shacks. There were 7 of us and one of the room boys from Senor angelo hotel, we paid the boat owner 250 rps each. Coconut shells and line tackle but luckily one of the lads brought 3 rods over to leave for future visits, yes I managed to wresle one of these for myself and caught 2 rock fish and some ugly looking creature, he took us to a reef near Arambol and we saw a few dolphins too which was a bonus
I would have no hesitations about going back tommorow if I could but next year is a non starter as our anniversary is in May so not good for Goa
Loved your report. The guest house you stayed at sounds great, and very central.
We didnt need to queue for Kim Faa either, but it was every busy after about 9pm.
We were going to return to Bernard's on our last visit, but we thought it was under new management so didnt bother, but we will go when we return next time.
Souymens Kitchen is fantastic, we love it there too.
