We had problems with the edit facility Qatarman. We found that some members were altering the body of their posts, especially when some disagreement was taking place.

I always check my spellings and grammar before posting but invariably after the item is posted I notice a mistake, sometimes what I've written doesn't make sense or I've missed out a whole sentence or word so having the edit facility has been very helpful. It would be useful to keep this facility until perhaps the next post is entered. A couple of other sites I use give a time limit usually just a few minutes for editing and it seems to work out fine.
