hi poley, i cant comment the pavlo napa but i did stay at the sandra in protaras two years ago. We found them basic but perfectly adequate apartments very well placed for fig tree beach and strip. It all depends on how you feel about nightlife really as protaras is a fun pub type family resort with lots of karoake, elvis and various other impersonators whilst A.N is more geared to night clubbers etc. I must admit my heart is in protaras as i have been four years on the bounce now

I hear that the Sandra appartments are refurbishing their resturant,does anyone have a contact number for these appartments?

Yes, the restaurant there (Blue Moon) is being refurbished at the moment. The whole front is screened off and when I was there they were busy finishing off knocking the front down!

There's also a bit of noise during the day from the building going on across the road.
