depends on the euro, last year the euro was 1.24, its only 1.10 at the min, although i have been told by a friend who lives in sidari, you can get 1.16 plus, on average hotels, apartment bars are more expensive, go on the strip and loads of offers, Paradise Restaurant we found to be the cheapest last year, we go every year to sidari, it cost around 30 euros for 3 adult meals and a child meal and with about 4 lagers and 2 wines, but most restaurants are around 40 euros for the same, you get all offers for meals etc on the boards outside so look at these carefully, still cheap there, and loads of gorgeous restaurants to go to, 3 little pigs, memories, paradise, sea breeze, roof top, maddisons, loads more by canal d-mour area as well, tex mex is gorgeous as well, just walk along the strip, loads of offers, have fun, we are going on 24th august and cannot wait.
thanks for the reply,we go on the 24th of august and cant wait, been doing a lot of googling and you tubing and the place looks like paradise, certainly looks better than the costa brava which is the only place we have ever been to up until now:)......me and my better half are counting the seconds:)
its lovely, a lot of people do not like it, but there is something to do for all ages, i got with my parents and my 7 year old son, and we all enjoy it, where are you staying? the strip provides entertainment, restaurants and pubs and caters for everyone, you get a bit hassled after 10pm to go in the pubs, but they are mostly english girls or lads and they get to know you and just say hi after a bit, not pushy at all, the restaurants we love are Memories (greek dancers Jorge is brillient and the owner Jorge), lovely people in there, sea breeze, paradise, 3 little pigs for the greek dancing (superb) the food is good, but sometimes have to wait as it gets packed, but all good, loads loads more, Paradise we found last year at the top end of the strip and theres loads and loads in canal d-mur area, all good, you will love it, plenty of shows on, where we stay though they have entertainment every night by an english bloke whose been there for 12 years, we know them all now, brillient it is, hope you enjoy and let me know where your staying
Hi Teena,we are staying at the Trivizas studios, all we know really is we are pretty close to the beach, decided to avoid hotels this year because we dont like being chained down by meals etc and to be honest i dont much care for the food in hotels,(im a fussy bugger lol),thanks for the reply Teena and i hope you and your family have a lovely time on your holiday
