I was thinking about changing currency before I went but if there is a cash machine, might just wait til I get there and take out money as I need it.
Also, will the reception change currency using a direct debit card?

Does anyone know if there is an ATM in the Letoonia Golf Resort in Belek?

I don't think there is any cash machine there. I was there in May. They may well provide cash from your debit card as I did this when I went to Belek market and went into a currency exchange office. They just used their card machine with my Nationwide card and I could see from my statement when I got home that the rate was the same as I got from the ATM in Antalya
There are ATM's outside the hotels but i would advise you to take GBP & change it at the local bank in Belek or Kadriye.
